Who is trezala?

Trezala is a little company created and run by Resa that specialises in merchandise inspired by video games, ttrpg’s, frogs and more.

How big is your brand/company?

It’s just me! On occasion a friend will help me run a booth at an event but all work created is by myself.

How do you even pronounce trezala?!

This is the scariest question I’ve ever received.. Answer pending.

Do you take commissions?

It depends! I have a full time job along with creating art here. Send me a message on social media and we can have a chat :)

What program do you use for your illustrations/designs?

Procreate on my iPad Pro, Adobe Illustrator and occasionally Canva for quick graphics!

Where do you get your merch printed?

I have a range of production partners from the UK to China! After lots of research, networking and trial and error I’ve found a great combination of manufacturers to keep my products at a competitive price! I work closely with my representatives from each company to ensure you get the best quality product as possible.

What inspires you?

Deadlines! Just kidding… Sort of. My friends and family push me to keep working creatively and always encourage me to explore new outlets.

your favorite anime?

D. Gray-Man and Haikyuu!!

Current dnd class?

I’m currently playing a Swarmkeeper Ranger called Blorbtholemew (Blorb for short). He’s a plasmoid! Just a little gloopy guy :D

Shipping

Shipping times currently go out once a week on Saturdays through RoyalMail. Please bear in mind all upcoming postal strikes and the disruption this may cause. Fulfilment time ranges from 7-10 business days. Estimates for UK is 1 week and 4-8 weeks for the rest of the world.

Tax and Duties for non-UK customers: All international parcels are regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more info.

Refunds/exchanges

Since I am a small one-person company, I don’t accept refunds and only work through exchanges. All sales final except exchanges! Please send me a message through my online form or on social media if you have any questions or concerns.
