Shipping times currently go out once a week on Saturdays through RoyalMail. Please bear in mind all upcoming postal strikes and the disruption this may cause. Fulfilment time ranges from 7-10 business days. Estimates for EU: 2-4 Weeks and Other: 4-8 weeks.

Tax and Duties for non-UK customers: All international parcels are regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more info.

Returns/refunds/exchanges

Due to being a very small, one person business, my shop policy is exchange only. All items are final sale and cannot provide a refund.

But, if your item has arrived damaged (which is not caused by post), you can contact me online with photos to discuss a solution.
